Singaporean singer-songwriter Deon released the third single, “Feel the Same,” from his upcoming record, Numbers Game. In collaboration with alternative R&B artist Don Aaron, the single is an emotional journey filled with electronic influences and indie sensibility.

Deon’s latest single, “Feel the Same,” is a downtempo indie track that maintains a dark and atmospheric sound, bringing the track’s themes of an ending relationship into focus. With the lyrics focusing on mutual agreement to end the relationship, there is recognition of feelings on both sides. Sonically, there is a hint of mid-2010s electro-indie that adds texture to the track, and Don Aaron’s R&B style, which hinges on pop as a foundation, meshing two styles that mirror the characters in Feel the Same.
